We were on a tight timeline, hoping for timely completion of the remodel before the arrival of our new baby in Fall. Kamil and his crew finished the project in 5 weeks, one week sooner than promised. Kamil called us every morning to keep us informed of the day's activities, and his crew always showed up to work on time. They were receptive to minor adjustments to the design as the work progressed. They also weighed in on the design with practical experience-based suggestions to improve the aesthetics. In the end, they delivered a beautiful and functional space that perfectly works for our growing family. Needless to say, I would highly recommend them for any remodel/construction projects.

Kamil far exceeded expectations with our kitchen remodel project, which also included replacing the floors/painting several other rooms. It was overall a great experience, and I would highly recommend utilizing Kamil for any remodel/construction project. Kamil and his crew finished the entire project in 5 weeks, exactly as estimated (not including a one week hold for countertop installation). All members of his crew were very nice and always showed up to work on time, even working weekends/holidays as necessary to keep on track. It was amazing how clean they kept the area despite the extent of construction (kitchen, dining room, living room, office, and upstairs hall). I found it easy to continue to live at home throughout the process (with my husband, child, and dog)! Kamil and his crew were also very knowledgeable and detail oriented. Kamil communicated well and was quick to respond to any questions. He was also very receptive to minor adjustments throughout, such as updating or adding outlets. VERY IMPRESSIVE! Every craftsman that Kamil brought in was a skilled pro. Whether it was the demo team, the floor prep, the tile crew, the electricians, the cabinet installers, the painters, plumbers, or the finishers, they were true experts, polite and personable. They arrived on time, did their work and left the place clean every day. Kamil had work scheduled so there was something going on every day of the project. The work was completed a few days ahead of plan and that included a few extra items we added on. If there was a challenge (ie duct work in the way, floor with leak damage, a circuit that might be overloaded with new appliances etc.). the team was creative, innovative and solution driven with safety and quality as priorities. Overall, this project exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend.

My experience with Praszek Renovations was top notch. Kamil and his team are skilled, conscientious, kind and respectful. His project came in on budget and in far less time then was expected.
