Praszek Renovations is a residential and commercial remodeling business based in Annandale, in the Central New Jersey county of Hunterdon. We do all types of renovations, taking on projects of any size: kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, decks, patios, porches, professional offices, recreational facilities and more.

Praszek Renovations holds home improvement licenses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and serves clients throughout Central New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania – and occasionally beyond.

OUR HISTORY

Built with trusted partners, primed for success

Owner Kamil Praszek has worked in construction all his life, beginning as child working with his father, a mason, in Hillsborough, New Jersey, where Kamil grew up. During high school, he worked for a general contractor after school and summers. And in 2007, Kamil launched his own business, Praszek Renovations.

Kamil had the wisdom to bring aboard seasoned, expert partners at the outset – skilled architects, interior designers and decorators, kitchen and bath designers, cabinet makers, and licensed electricians and plumbers, all with excellent, established track records – and those trusted partners have worked together with Praszek Renovations ever since.

At Praszek Renovations, we believe in quality over quantity. Kamil and his crew take on only a limited number of projects at a time so that he is able to manage all details personally. When you call Praszek Renovations, you speak directly with the business owner, not a salesperson. A relationship-builder, Kamil believes communication is key to a successful project – and customers pleased with his regular progress reports praise him as a “great communicator.”

From the initial consultation to understand the client’s vision, through planning, designing, pulling all permits, construction and finish work, Kamil Praszek manages every step of every project. He visits each jobsite daily, oversees each project with scrupulous attention to every detail, and regularly provides progress reports to each customer.

In addition to our professional partners, Praszek Renovations relies on highly regarded local sources for top-of-the-line materials, including a high-quality lumber yard. And when it’s time for a client to choose cabinets, plumbing or lighting fixtures, appliances, moldings, tile, flooring and other materials, Kamil refers the client to his own suppliers to shop with his contractor’s discount.

When we’re working onsite, our crew takes care to respect our clients’ property. We’re very neat – we always use drop cloths, and when we’re finished for the day, we clean up the jobsite, remove our tools and leave your property so it doesn’t even look like workmen were there.

When each project reaches completion, Kamil Praszek takes great pride in the client’s pleased reaction. Repeat business and client referrals are the lifeblood of our construction company, and we’ve built our business on them.

In addition to kitchens, baths and basements, our renovation projects range from updating interiors with decorative ceilings, crown molding, chair rails and wainscoting, to replacing all of a home’s windows and exterior doors, to building complete additions of all sizes with full basements, crawlspaces or slabs.
